It’s really important that you are happy with everything that we deliver.

If you’re not completely satisfied with anything* that you have ordered from us, please return them within 14 days in a resellable condition and we will refund you.

Please note that Partyrama will not cover the cost of return postage unless items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.

Please return your goods with a copy of your invoice and we will process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.

*We do not accept returns on edible items. Personalised items will not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.
